I mean..chipotle is chipotle. Expect long lines and food shortages. Like I said its chipotle. But in the end it's with it. It's cheap and get a bowl or burrito weighing 1-3 lbs seriously.

We wait at least 30 minutes every time we go to this Chipotle. It's the nearest to out house but the worst one I've ever been to.

Wow. This Chipotle is awful. The food tastes the same as any other Chipotle but the wait times are awful. Don't think ordering online will help either! I ordered online and still waited 30 minutes past the estimated pick up time. On top of that, when I got back to work with my order it was WRONG. Cannot wait until they open a new location in the area, this one is not worth the bother.

The food Prep line is the slowest I've ever witnessed...I'm here at 2:30 pm, it's even a lunch/ dinner rush! Shame shame shame

My biggest issue is that when you place an order ahead of time, the point is so that you can walk in, pay, and walk out. Otherwise, I'd just hop in line like the other poor planners (which I typically am 85% of the time). Well this Chipotle just completely disregarded the purpose of ordering online. I waited LONGER than had I just gotten in line. Seriously, the line was making laps around me.

This Chipotle is characterized by a line that's always 3 times as large as the number of people actually eating. Food is just like an average Chipotle but the wait times are nuts.

Nobody rates Chipotle for the food, as a result, this review is all about service and cleanliness. I don't know how a restaurant that has everything set out for their employees can be so disorganized! The staff, not all, but some, are too busy joking around instead of actually serving the customers; and this location could really use a good cleaning. I don't recommend coming here and I definitely won't be back.

Food is fine just like any other Chipotle but this one is slow and they never have online orders ready at the time requested

I also had the experience of this chipotle being very slow on several occasions. Chipotle is great food of course. Today I didn't get to eat Chipotle as I only have 30 minutes to get take out for lunch and there were 22 people in line. The employees seem very slow and disorganized as has been said. If it had been Willoughby they could def have handled it. Wish I could say something better but I'm hungry.

It's a Chipotle. But, it is usually very busy. I've not encountered the issues others have with waiting on ingredients, or slow lines. I have been all the way to the door and felt the line kept up. The employees are OK. There are a few that stand out as very friendly. Nothing special for the rest. My two complaints, which are related: the noise and the staff's lack of hearing. The music in this place is crazy loud. I mean, I'm hyped and almost angry after eating here, and trying to have a conversation with friends. (Music selection really su ks too, but eh.) And, this is probably why the staff behind the counter has to ask me repeatedly what I said.

Seriously, go find another Chipotle to go to. I'm a chipotle fan, but I've never been to a slower one or one that runs of ingredients so quickly. The lines are long, even at the oddest times of the day. Also, tables needed cleaned and the seating area in general needed tidied up. A lot. Go find a cleaner Chipotle for food if that's what you're looking for

Meh. Everyone has pretty much been to a Chipotle so I won't sit here and describe the food. I'm here more than I want to be bc my husband loves it. Decent pseudo-Mexican food at its finest. This particular location is usually always crowded which is annoying (I'm impatient so there's that). The only thing I'm a huge fan of is the guac and chips. Everything else is overrated. I will say that this place is the better option than Hot Head (bleh!).

Ordered online because I was running behind. I showed up 20 MINUTES after the pick up time and it was still not ready. There was only 3 people in line!? Staff does not appear to care.

Chipotles are pretty much all the same to me (which is a good thing from the corporate point of view). If you're a regular, you know what you should be getting in regards of cleanliness, service, taste and so on... This is the closest Chipotle to my house. The food is good, up to Chipotle taste standards and filling. This location gets really busy though during typical food rush hours! However, if you beat the rush or wait just a bit after, you can get your food SUPER QUICK! The furthest I've ever seen the line is about 20 people (from the counter to the door). So I guess you're never really waiting beyond 15 minutes. The service is quick, fast and up to par. Happy munching!

This Chipotle is usually busy, especially for lunch and dinner crowds, but pretty open otherwise. I prefer Chipotle over Qdoba but that's just my opinion. The service is fast, food looks and tastes fresh, plus the burritos are HUGE. I like them lite on the rice and order extra meat, flavors just seem to come through better. I can say that this location is clean, well kept / stocked, and the people working are very helpful.

Be prepared to wait in a huge line...it almost extended out the door!

Unnaceptable! My coworkers and I placed an online order to be picked up at a specific time. 2:15pm. We have a 30 minute lunch period, so we are consciencious of out time. We arrive at 2:11 and the order had not yet been made well after the designated pick up time. Our oder was not touched until 2:15pm. In my online oder, I specifally asked for extra toppings (cheese/sour cream/rice). Instead I receive LESS than a standard size buritto bowl. My order was made very quickly and without regard to my online instructions. Because it was not made before I got there, I was able to watch the employee disregard my bowl. I wouldn't say this time of day was insanely busy; yes there were people in line as with most Chipotle locations-the food is very good and the people are more than willing to wait. However, an online order should not be made in such a matter because employees assume that orders made online are not visible to the customer and can just place whatever portions in a bowl, only to have customers see what they pay for long after. Not only were our bowls not to our sitisfaction, no one was apologetic about us having to wait. Please be more considerate of online orders and the way they are made. This was my first time making an online order and it will probably be my last. Thank You.

I like Chipotle. Vegetarians get free guacamole, and now they have a (so-so) brown rice option. Tasty burritos the size of swaddled babies. However: one or more of the following problems is a near certainty in the last year or so: 1. Cross-contamination of fillings: bits of meat spilling out of someone else's order into my vegetarian order; meat-greased hands grabbing my ingredients, and my burrito being dragged through the slime of the dirty counter from end to end. 2. Incredibly long lines even at odd hours. (So I guess they don't need to improve!) 3. Some ingredients have run out. This is especially fun when you wait in line for 15 minutes and realize they really can't make a complete burrito after all. And even when the missing item is a major ingredient most people expect (like rice) they don't announce this to the line: they let everyone find out the long way by asking for rice. So I may go back occasionally--but only at REALLY odd hours; maybe late morning? Times when they are clean and well-stocked, hopefully.

SLOW. HORRIBLY SLOW. appears to have no sense of communication AT ALL. this location has no awareness of time or how to handle orders. just a downright terrible experience! and it's sad when you work at a well know place that tends to frequent your establishment...just saying...

I got violent food poisoning from this place. I was in the hospital for three days. It was founD to be from the rice. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

What can I say that can't be self discovered by going through this sad sad establishment once. The employees are incredible rude, will give you a hard time about asking for extra anything, and the inside is pretty dirty which I'm pretty sure doubles as a gas station bathroom. How it passes a health inspection is beyond me. The other day I was charged $2.00 for "extra" rice which was a 1/2 scoop more and $.75 for extra fajita. The employees inside will not talk to you. They will stand there and say nothing until you talk to them the give you dirty looks as if your bothering them. If the experience wasn't enough right there you are also gifted the privilege to look at a plethora of terrible and not appropriate for any job position piercings on the employees faces such as nose bull rings, eyebrows rings and of course the stay classy lip ring. Save yourself the trip and either keep driving until you find any other chipotle in the U.S.A or microwave a gas station bean burrito.... It's really the same thing. Literally your burrito will be just as good.

Literally the worst Chipotle on the planet. I recently moved to the area and WAS a Chipotle lover. This location has totally turned me off of the restaurant chain entirely. Online orders are NEVER ready on time, and are rarely correct. They are always out of at least two or three items. The staff is rude, and clearly miserable.

AHHH How quick this place became trashy. Bad management. Rude employees. Gotta love it. Do yourself a favor..drive to the willoughby location.

It's Chipotle, so you may know basically what to expect. But I find this to be my least favorite in the area. The food is pretty much what you expect from a chain, pretty standard. The staff... Unprofessional would be a nice way of describing them. They usually make me think I should have gone somewhere else to eat. I would say they seem to be more worried about having a good time and talking to friends who are in line and each other, than they are about taking care of their customers. I've never eaten in (always carryout) but I know the condiment/silverware station is usually dirty, which doesn't give me high expectations for the actual seating area. If you're really craving Chipotle, this one probably won't kill you. But I don't think it'll impress you either.

The line and the staff are both uncacceptable. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes I get to the counter and they tell me there will be a wait for chicken but I can have barbacoa, carnitas or steak. I know sometimes you have to wait for chicken at Chipotle but the guy on the grill was just starting to put it on- so they were pretty much telling me chicken was not an option. I drove 15 minutes to get my CHICKEN burrito bowl, then I waited 20 minutes in line and I get to the counter and they tell me I have to wait another 15 minutes- totally unacceptable. The place was filthy! It is such a shame because this was one of the first Chipotles around. It used to fresh, fast and delicious. It has been slipping for years. Everytime I go my experience is worse. After last night I will never go to Mayfield Chipotle again.

Its Chipotle, whats there not to like! Usually the line here is not that bad.

  • Kerensa B.

good, fresh, fast. for some reason everything i've ever gotten here has been pretty spicy, like they are using the same spoon for the spicy salsa as everything else. other than that, pretty standard for a chipotle.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
